1. What We Collect & How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only collect the necessary information for its specified, concrete, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further process it in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. You have the right to choose whether or not to provide the information we have requested, but in most cases, if you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or Services or respond to your queries.
Depending on the Services you choose, we may collect the following types of information:
1.1.1 Information you provide to us
- Your Account Information: You shall provide your email address, password or log in for a third-party Account (like Facebook, Google), to create an online or application Account (“Account”) or subscribe to our communications. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use the Services properly.
· Order-related Information and APP Service-related Information: you provide your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, billing address, and Postal Code. We use the Third Parties payment and collect money processor (e.g. Paypal ) to assist in securely processing your personally identifiable payment information and bank account information. When you place an order through the Services, the credit card information (e.g. bank account number, account holder name, credit card number, expiration date, secure code, and other information) that you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to such Third Parties. When you collect money though the Services from us by such Third Parties’ manner, bank account information (e.g. bank account number, account holder name, account holder address, bank name, swift code, routing number, account number) that you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to such Third Parties. In the case mentioned above, we do not store your credit card information and bank account information, and do not control and are not responsible for such Third Parties their collection or use of your information. When you choose to collect money though the Services from us by wire transfer, you need to provide us with bank account information (e.g. bank account number, account holder name, account holder address, bank name, swift code, routing number, account number) and ensure the accuracy and authenticity of such information.
- Customer Support: When you contact us, you may provide us with information about your use of the Services, including information about the Soocas electronics and/or consumer products (“Products”) that your own contact details (telephone number, email address, shipping address), order/invoicing details and voice recording (if you contact us by phone), so that we can provide customer support.
- Other information you provide in relation to Soocas Services, such as your age, Country, occupation. etc.
1.1.2 Information that we collect in your use of services
- Information Collected by Our Servers: To make our Site, APP and Services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.
- Log Files: As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site and APP, track users’ movements around the Site and APP, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and better tailor our Services to our users’ needs. For example, some of the information may be collected so that when you visit the Site and APP or the Services again, it will recognize you and the information could then be used to serve advertisements and other information appropriate to your interests. - Flash LSOs: When we post videos, third parties may use local shared objects, known as "Flash Cookies," to store your preferences for volume control or to personalize certain video features. 1.1.3 Information from third-party sources
When permitted by law, we will collect information about you from third-party sources. For example:
We collect and use information obtained from Facebook, Google, Amazon, and other Accounts you use to login into the Services (“Third-Party Accounts”), such as your name, your user name or handle, birth date, picture, and other details you may have on your Third-Party Account profile. We do not have access to your Third-Party Account passwords;
For certain Services that might include Account and financial transactions, with your authorization, we may validate the information provided by you (such as phone number, email) through legitimate third-party sources for security and fraud prevention purposes;
We may receive designated identifier symbols (such as IMEI from an advertiser) to provide advertising services to you;
Information about you that others provided to us (e.g. your delivery address that other users may provide to us when they buy products for you via soocas.com or App).
1.1.4 Non-personally identifiable information
Non-identifiable data refers to data that cannot be used to identify an individual. Examples of non-identifiable data include statistical data generated when you use a specific service (e.g. daily usage events, page access events, page access time events, and session events). We will collect statistical information to understand how users use our products and Services. By doing so, we can improve our Services to better meet your requirements.
1.2 How we use the personal information that we collect
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or Services, and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other regulatory requirements. This involves:
- Creating and Maintaining your Soocas Account: Personal information collected when you create a Soocas Account on our websites or through a mobile application, is used to create the personal Soocas Account and profile page for you.
- Processing your Purchase Order: Information related to e-commerce orders is used for processing the purchase order and related after-sales services, including customer support and re-delivery.
- To send Emails: The email address you provide for order processing or for your Account may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, and related Product or Services information, including sending you updates to our terms and policies and other important messages from time to time. We may also send you marketing and promotional communications we believe might be relevant to your interests. Web beacons help Soocas develop statistical information to provide better and more personalized content.

We and some third parties may use other local storage technologies, for example, local shared objects (also called “Flash cookies”) and HTML5 local storage, in certain products and services. 2.4 Do Not Track

· Third-Party Services: When you use third-party services, such as Third-Party Accounts that integrate with the Products and Services, they may receive your information. When you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will apply to your use of these services.

3.2 We provide products and Services based on our resources and servers around the world.
