I order a toothbrush with a free detachment piece, the piece arrive before the toothbrush and now the toothbrush is missing. Amazon refuses to help and I email the company but for someone’s toothbrush being stolen and using FSA Funds for it sounds illegal and I feel no one is taking any responsibility. Amazon delivered the package at some random place cause it’s not at my duplex at all.I guess I won’t be able to try it out.

There’s a bundle that includes the brush and like 7 replacement heads. I didn’t buy that one broken heart and a bucket of fomo I reached out to customer service they sent me enough replacements to cover me until my FSA restarts which was so kind I’ll be using this brush and screaming about this company until nobody wants to hear me anymore. Customer service is solid product is premium level. I’m one very happy customer.

Maybe offer the carrying case in different colors colors and have the "mold that holds he machine also have a mold for the second toothbrush.

I purchased Soocas electric toothbrushes for both myself and my son, and we love them! They work great and leave our teeth feeling very clean.
We did have a small issue with the replacement brush heads squirting water, but customer service quickly replaced them with no hassle, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a great product and excellent support. I’d love to upgrade to the NEOS II for both of us when I can!
