Place the NEOS II on a flat surface, align the magnetic charging base with the lightning symbol on the device, and connect it to a power source. Note: Use a 5V USB charger.

Notes:

1. When the battery is too low to power on, a full charge takes around 8 hours.

2. A full charge provides about 60 minutes of usage; the battery capacity is 2600mAh.

3. Charge promptly when the battery is low, and if not used for an extended period, charge it fully at least once every six months.
