Soocas warrants that products purchased directly through the Soocas Pro App, soocas.com, and Soocas’s authorized distributors and retailers (e.g., the official Soocas store on Amazon, Best Buy, Macy’s, Walmart. A complete list is provided below, collectively the “Soocas Authorized Official Channels”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Soocas agrees to replace any product determined to be defective during the aforesaid warranty period. Soocas will refund the purchase price if it is unable to provide replacement.
Please be advised that products purchased outside of Soocas Authorized Official Channels are not warranted by Soocas.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, lack of reasonable care. No responsibility is assumed by Soocas for any special, incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of time, loss of data, or loss of income. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Warranties on all replacements follow the remaining warranty period of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer.
Process:
- You must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- The defective item's serial number, model number and / or visible proof depicting the defect are required
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
If you fail to return the required defective item within the timeframe specified by Soocas, or returns an incorrect item to Soocas, Soocas is entitled deny warranty services for replacements and/or returns.
Valid proof of purchase:
- Order number from purchases made through Soocas Authorized Official Channels
- Sales invoice
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim in some occasion (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).
Shipping costs must be covered by you in the following situations:
- Warranty claims on items that have taken outside the original country of purchase
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Soocas quality control to be in working condition
- Returning defective items in international shipping
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
The warranty does not apply:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Model number and/or serial number have been made illegible
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non quality-related issues
- Free products
- Repairs through the third parties
- Damage from outside sources, including but not limited to damage by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating products improperly)
- the defect is the result of abuse or excessive use outside the intended purpose
- Parts that are subject to normal wear and tear, accessories and consumables such as toothbrush heads
- Purchases not from Soocas Authorized Official Channels.
