Can I change my registration information?

Sure! If you wish to change your registration information, you have to access your account by clicking on "My Account - Edit Info". Make any changes you want to and click on "Update". Can I change my delivery address?

In some situations, you can. If your order is still in our warehouse and has not been dispatched for delivery, you may contact our customer support at support@soocas.com. *If the order has been dispatched for delivery, then change in address only applies to future shipments.

My order has been processes, can I still add more item to it?

You may add more items to the order when your order has not been dispatched for delivery. Please contact our customer support at support@soocas.com. Or, you can always create a new order for any additional items you wanted to add.
