FAQs
Traditional electric toothbrushes only brush your teeth, but NEOS II introduces an innovative cleaning method. It not only performs the usual brushing function but also combines brushing with water flossing. This effectively cleans areas that are difficult to reach with daily brushing, such as between teeth and along the gum line.
The buttons on NEOS II, from top to bottom, are:
1. Deep Clean Mode: Brushes teeth for 2 minutes, then switches to brush-and-flush mode after a 5-second vibration reminder.
2. Intensity Adjustment Button: Adjusts the intensity of brushing and flushing, with options for gentle, standard, and strong levels.
3. Quick Floss Mode: Activates the brush-and-flush mode directly.
1. Select Intensity: Short press the intensity adjustment button to choose the level that suits you best.
2. For a comprehensive clean: Short press the Deep Clean Mode button to start with brushing followed by flushing. You can pause the process at any time using either the Deep Clean Mode or Quick Floss Mode buttons. This mode is typically used in the morning or before bedtime.
3. For a quick, efficient clean: Short press the Quick Floss Mode button for a 60-second brush-and-flush cycle, ideal after lunch or as a follow-up clean after Deep Clean.
NEOS II can eliminate the need for separate flossing or a water flosser. It uses an innovative clean-and-flush method, first brushing the tooth surface, then flushing away food particles from the surface and gaps. For an even more thorough clean, you can follow a deep clean with NEOS II using the quick brush-and-flush mode as an additional step.
1. To Activate: Short press the Deep Clean Mode button to start the brush-then-flush sequence.
- To Pause: During operation, you can pause the process by pressing either the Deep Clean Mode or Quick Floss Mode buttons.
- To Turn Off: To stop the function, long press the Deep Clean Mode or Quick Floss Mode buttons.
2. Deep Clean Mode provides an innovative oral care solution by brushing for 2 minutes followed by a 1-minute brush-and-flush cycle. This mode not only whitens the tooth surface but also cleans hard-to-reach areas like between teeth and along the gumline. It is recommended for thorough cleaning, such as in the morning or before bedtime.
- To Pause: During operation, you can pause the cycle by pressing either the Deep Clean Mode or Quick Floss Mode buttons.
- To Turn Off: Long press either the Deep Clean Mode or Quick Floss Mode buttons during operation to turn off the device.
Yes, NEOS II features a mode memory function. The mode you used last will be the same when you turn it on next time.
Traditional pulse water flossers have a stronger impact and can be harsher on the gums under the same water pressure. NEOS II uses a continuous pinpoint water flow, which is gentler on the gums while still providing effective cleaning. The continuous water pulse ensures more precise cleaning with reduced gum irritation.
NEOS II can be rinsed under water, but avoid long-term immersion. Note: Keep the device and charging base dry during charging.

NEOS II Electric Toothbrush is rated waterproof so you can use it whliler showering.
NEOS II features a gradual power increase during the first three seconds of activation, designed to reduce toothpaste splatter. We recommend using a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. For better coverage and reduced splatter, apply the toothpaste directly onto your teeth before turning on the device. This method also ensures that every tooth receives toothpaste, improving cleaning efficiency.
The NEOS II toothbrush uses DuPont bristles, which offer the ideal combination of softness and durability for most users. Softer bristles may not clean effectively, which could be detrimental to oral health. For users with highly sensitive gums or periodontitis, we recommend using the toothbrush on the lowest intensity setting for a more comfortable experience.
Additionally, 100% of our brush heads undergo a polishing process to ensure rounded tips, preventing any sharp edges that might harm your gums. You can use them with confidence.
Yes, you can use NEOS II with braces. The soft bristles are braces-friendly. If you have any questions, please seek professional help from your dentist.
Soocas specially designed the toothbrush head to fit perfectly with the body, so we don't recommend you to use other replacement brush head on NEOS II. Vice versa, please refrain from using Soocas replacement brush head on other brands.
It is recommended to replace your brush head every 3 months. However, depending on the condition of the bristles, please replace them soon.
Yes, this is totally normal. In fact, it is designed to have a small gap so that there is some gap to allow for vibrations.

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and a Health Savings Account (HSA) are tax-advantaged accounts that allow you to use pre-tax dollars for medical expenses, including prescriptions and copays. FSAs are typically employer-sponsored and feature a "use-it-or-lose-it" policy where funds must be used within the plan year. HSAs are available to those with a high-deductible health plan and offer more flexibility, allowing funds to roll over annually.
Eligibility is determined by the IRS. To qualify, a customer must have a medical condition or disease they are seeking to treat or manage. Documentation, often a Letter of Medical Necessity, is required to confirm this. Soocas has partnered with Flex to make this process quick and easy for our customers.
Simply select "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method at checkout and enter your card information.
If you don't have your FSA/HSA card handy, you can still select the Flex payment option and use your personal credit card to complete the purchase. Flex will then email you an itemized receipt which you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Please note, using multiple FSA/HSA cards to pay for a single item is not a supported feature at this time.
-
Why was my card declined? Like any credit or debit card, a decline can happen for two main reasons:
-
Incorrect Information: The card number, expiration date, or zip code was entered incorrectly. Flex will alert you if any of these fields need to be updated.
-
Insufficient Funds: This is the most common reason. Please contact your FSA or HSA provider to verify the amount of money in your account.
-
-
Why can't I see Flex as a payment option? This usually happens if you are logged into Shop Pay. To fix this, you can either log out of your Shop Pay account or go through the checkout process in an incognito/private browser window.
-
For purchases made using Flex: After your purchase, Flex will automatically email you the itemized receipt and/or Letter of Medical Necessity. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder for an email from notifications@withflex.com. If you still can't find it, please email support@withflex.com and let them know the email address associated with your order.
-
For past purchases made without using Flex: Unfortunately, for purchases made without using the Flex option at checkout, it can be difficult to apply for reimbursement.
-
For Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), you can use an itemized receipt for reimbursement anytime, even if the purchase was made years ago.
-
For Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), most accounts require the purchase to be made within the calendar year. Some FSAs offer a buffer window, but you will need to check with your specific provider.
