About Shipping Time Line

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 days, but packages for most orders will be sent for shipment within 36 working hours. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

 

Freight and delivery estimates

We offer free shipping within the U.K. for orders over £49.99.If your order total is below £50, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: during busy holidays and after holiday sales, the processing may a maximum of 48 working hours. Our team works hard, on a daily basis, to ensure that customers receive their packages as soon as possible, we thus thank you for your patience.

Please note: Orders shipped from our UK warehouse to UK addresses are domestic shipments. No additional customs duties or import VAT will apply. All applicable UK VAT is already included in the product price shown at checkout.

Shipments may be delayed for several days in the case of large numbers of shipments Please grant us the additional delivery time. In the case of an exceptional delay in your order, we will contact you by email.

All your orders are shipped via Royal Mail etc. All shipping is based on logistical aspects that support your order address.

 

International shipments

The transportation cost to an international destination is calculated at the time of checkout.

If your country/region is not listed at the time of checkout, we will be unable to perform shipments to your country/region.

 

Delivery confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

The tracking number will be effective within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Soocas will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. In case of damaged goods, please contact the shipping company to submit a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim. Please check our Return Policy here.
