What does the Lifetime Warranty include?
The Lifetime Warranty covers any non-accidental product malfunctions or defects for your NEOS II Series electric toothbrush. To be eligible, you must maintain an active brush head subscription with us for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, such as from dropping the device.
