Über die Versanddauer

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 days, but packages for most orders will be sent for shipment within 36 working hours. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Freight and Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders over $49.99 (USD). If your order total is below $50, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • During busy holidays and after holiday sales, the processing may take a maximum of 48 working hours. Our team works hard, on a daily basis, to ensure that customers receive their packages as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

  • We ship to most states in the United States. However, we kindly remind you of the exceptions related to addresses in the Hawaiian Islands, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

  • Shipments may be delayed for several days in the case of large volumes of shipments. Please allow for additional delivery time. In the case of an exceptional delay in your order, we will contact you by email.

International Shipments

The transportation cost to an international destination is calculated at the time of checkout.
If your country/region is not listed at the time of checkout, we will be unable to perform shipments to your country/region.

Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The tracking number will be effective within 24 hours.

Soocas will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. In case of damaged goods, please contact the shipping company to submit a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim. Please check our Return Policy here.
