配送期間について
All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 days, but packages for most orders will be sent for shipment within 36 working hours. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €49.99 (EUR). For orders below €50, the shipping cost will be €5.99 (EUR).

Shipments may be delayed for several days in the case of large volumes of shipments. Please allow for additional delivery time. In the case of an exceptional delay in your order, we will contact you by email.

International Shipments
We currently do not ship outside of Germany. If you are located outside of Germany, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The tracking number will be effective within 24 hours.
