Soocas warrants its products sold directly by Soocas Pro App against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. We agree to replace any defective product subject to the terms of this Warranty. If Soocas is unable to provide a replacement, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Note: Products purchased outside of the Soocas Pro App are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Coverage & Limitations
Warranties on all replacements follow the remaining warranty period of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or lack of reasonable care.
- Special, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of time, data, or income.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please ensure you can provide the following:
- Proof of Purchase: Sufficient valid proof is required (see below).
- Product Details: The defective item's serial number, model number, and/or visible proof (photos/videos) depicting the defect.
- Quality Inspection: It may be necessary to return the item for inspection.
Important: If you fail to return the defective item within the specified timeframe or return an incorrect item, Soocas reserves the right to deny warranty services.
Valid Proof of Purchase
One or more of the following may be required:
- Order number from online purchases made through Soocas Pro App.
- Sales invoice.
- In some cases, additional proof such as money transfer receipts or confirmation of the original shipping address may be requested.
Shipping Costs Responsibility
Shipping costs must be covered by the customer in the following situations:
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
- Items claimed to be defective but found by Quality Control to be in working condition.
- Returning defective items via international shipping.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (made outside the approved process).
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to the following:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase or illegible serial/model numbers.
- Lost or stolen products, or items past their warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues or free products.
- Repairs performed by third parties.
- Damage from outside sources: animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, or natural disasters.
- Damage from misuse: falls, extreme temperatures, water, or improper operation.
- Defects resulting from abuse or use outside the intended purpose.
- Wear and Tear: Parts subject to normal wear, accessories, and consumables (e.g., toothbrush heads).
