What should I do if I have trouble paying?

  • Why was my card declined? Like any credit or debit card, a decline can happen for two main reasons:

    1. Incorrect Information: The card number, expiration date, or zip code was entered incorrectly. Flex will alert you if any of these fields need to be updated.

    2. Insufficient Funds: This is the most common reason. Please contact your FSA or HSA provider to verify the amount of money in your account.

  • Why can't I see Flex as a payment option? This usually happens if you are logged into Shop Pay. To fix this, you can either log out of your Shop Pay account or go through the checkout process in an incognito/private browser window.
